Sound familiar?

“I'll start Monday”

You know movement matters more now, not less. But between everything on your plate, “I'll start Monday” keeps turning into next Monday. And most workouts online are built for 25-year-olds: fast, loud, and hard on your joints.

So here's the plan

Built for exactly where you are

Pilates made for midlife bodies: core, posture, flexibility and the strength you use in real life, like lifting the suitcase or getting up off the floor. Alongside it, short talks about what's changing in your gut, and cook-alongs for simple food that's kind to it, because how you eat is the other half of how you feel.

What's inside

Everything in one place

  • Four weeks of Pilates workouts, every move with a gentler option
  • Short talks about your gut and your changing body (general education, not medical advice)
  • Cook-alongs for simple, gut-friendly food, with the recipe right under the video
  • New videos added to your weeks as I film them, yours to keep
  • Works on your phone, tablet, or TV. Add it to your home screen and it feels like an app.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Is this for beginners?

Yes. Every move has a gentler option, and I cue them all.

Do I need equipment?

No — just a mat. A cushion can help under your knees or head.

Does it all open at once?

Yes. Everything that's ready opens the day you buy, so you can go at your own pace. Some talks and cook-alongs are still being filmed; they appear in your weeks as they're ready, and they're yours too.

What if I miss a week?

Nothing bad happens. Pick up where you left off: the app shows you which week you're on.

How do I watch?

On your phone, laptop, or TV. After checkout you get one email — tap the link and you're in. No passwords.

Is it a subscription?

No. It's one payment, and it's yours to keep.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's gentle movement and general education about food. Talk to your provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition.

My promise

Try the first week. If it's not for you, email me within 7 days of buying and I'll refund you in full. No forms, no hard feelings.
